Viewing images

When you click a folder in the Folders palette, the contents of the folder are displayed. When you select an image file, a preview of the file is shown in the Preview palette.
    Viewing unreadable files
To view files that Photoshop can't open (spreadsheets, for example), Choose View > Unreadable Files.
    Showing and hiding folders
Choose View > Folders. When this option is selected, both images and folder display.
    Displaying the location of files
Choose View > Reveal Location in Explorer (Windows) or View > Reveal Location in Finder (Mac OS). When you choose this command, Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac OS) opens the folder containing the image file on your computer.
    Refreshing the view
Choose View > Refresh. When you choose this command, the contents of the selected folder in the Folder palette are updated. Closing and reopening the File Browser also refreshes the view.
    Choosing a view option
Choose an option from the View menu.
